TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BELLAIR WILD
HUNTING RULES
Minimum of 4 hunters for any reservation (Maximum 12).
Indemnity forms to be completed and signed by each person on arrival.
No hunter will be allowed without a PH or Field Guide.
All rifles to be calibrated before hunting.
Safety of firearms to be adhered to at all times.
Hunter takes full responsibility for what he/she shoots. (Species, gender, size, etc.)
Female species only to be hunted between 1st May and 31st August. (Nature always Rule)
No rifle calibre smaller than .270 allowed.
Rifles to be fitted with silencers.
Missed shots or wounded wild must be reported to the guides immediately.
Full price will be charged for wounded wild: Any sign that an animal is hit, whether through hair, pieces of horn, blood or any clarifying evidence to be found, will be deemed sufficient in classifying the animal as wounded.
Buck in the field marked on their ears are not to be hunted. Please be 100% sure when taking your shot. If the buck is shot, the hunter will be 100% responsible for the cost.
The hunter is responsible for the transport and packing of his/her meat.
No meat to be removed without a permit issued by the owner or account that has been settled in full.
At Bellair Wild, we try to keep our environment eco-friendly. Firewood is not allowed to be picked off the farm.
BOW HUNTING RULES
Rifles are forbidden on Bow Hunting expeditions
Only the PH or Field Guide is allowed a rifle to ensure the safety of the client and the PH
In the event that an animal is wounded and allows for the use of a rifle, the PH will make the call to take the final shot or allow the client to do so.

50% of day fees to be paid to confirm reservation.
50% of the deposit will be forfeited should the reservation be cancelled 30 days before the reservation date.
100% of the deposit will be forfeited should the reservation be cancelled within 30 days of reservation date.
Although not compulsory, we request each guest to sponsor a tip to the field guides and butchers.
All fees during your stay to be paid in full before leaving Bellair Wild.
